DEDICATED ORTHODONTICS TEAM IN MCKINNEY TX

I started my orthodontic career in 1991 as a lab technician. Making my way to a clinical assistant, I retired 2021. I now enjoy working as needed with Dr. Buchanan. I’m very passionate about orthodontics. I enjoy getting to know patients and watching their transformation through their treatment.

I love being outdoors. My favorite season is summer. I also enjoy the ocean and the peace it brings me. At the end of the day I give God all the Glory.

I have been working with Dr. Buchanan since 2000 and that is when I started my orthodontic career. Seeing patient’s transformation and their confidence grow makes me love my job. I am a proud mom of a U.S. Army soldier; who is my pride and joy! In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my wonderful two pups Lexie and Lola! 

Hello! I am new to Texas relocating from New Jersey in 2021. I have been in the dental field for over 20 years and I love it! I joined the wonderful office of Buchanan Orthodontics in April of 2022 and it has been an awesome experience. I enjoy making patients feel like family and love seeing them leave with happy faces and perfect smiles. I am privileged to be working for Dr. Buchanan. The devotion she shows her patients and staff is phenomenal along with all she does for the community. It’s a blessing!

In my leisure time, I enjoy spending time with my husband and three very energetic fur babies. I also have grandchildren that keep me in the kitchen doing my favorite thing…cooking.

I love orthodontics and seeing our patients’ joy as we reveal their new smiles. My big family of 7 including 4 dogs are a blessing. I am thankful to work in an office full of beautiful, strong, intelligent women. Dr. Buchanan's charity and dedication to her patients is truly inspiring.

Working alongside Dr. Buchanan and our incredible team, I have witnessed the transformative power of cutting-edge orthodontic technology. However, what truly stands out to me is Dr. Buchanan's unwavering compassion for our patients and the entire staff, creating an environment where everyone feels valued and cared for.

Beyond my professional life, my husband and I are blessed with two wonderful children who bring joy to our world. Additionally, our sweet bulldog never fails to provide us with laughter and companionship.

I have been in the dental industry for 15years, and joined Dr. Buchanan’s team in late 2014. I am bilingual in both English and Spanish, and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing in early 2013. What I love most about my job is seeing our patient’s transformation, and seeing how much their confidence grows because of it. I am blessed to work with such a patient and caring staff. Dr. Buchanan’s constant involvement with the community, and her generous heart, make it easy for me to be part of such a wonderful organization.

I was born in Dallas and moved to McKinney in 2016. After graduation, I pursued a career in retail sales and prior to joining the team at Buchanan Orthodontics, I was a manager at Sonic. I love spending time with my 10 nieces and nephews all who live nearby. Learning this business has been the best thing that ever happened to me, second to my faith in Jesus Christ. Building relationships with our patients and seeing the joy the transformation brings is why I'm so excited to come to work every day. Dr. B truly cares about all of her patients and giving back to the community. It is such a blessing to work here.
